Cheerfully mingling with Studio Tanay at 18th Cest is d’Best festival

Studio Tanay as one of the sponsors of the 18th Cest is d’Best festival will hold free workshops for making paper flowers in a similar technique as that used to do our grandmothers.

Saturday, June 7th 2014 at 10 am in the Zrinjevac park.

Colorful paper will be cut into strips. We will roll up the stripes around the rod until we get merry flowers.

You’ll learn a similar technique of making flowers as the one our grandmothers once used to do. Finished flower can be given to loved ones or left as a nice memento of happy mingling with Studio Tanay at 18th Cest is d’Best festival.

Sunday, June 8th 2014 at 10 am in the Zrinjevac park

At Sunday, June 8th 2014 at 10 am in the Zrinjevac park will be held the second workshop of painting the streets of Zagreb where the views of Zagreb, streets and decorated building facades will be made in art technique grattage.

The whole paper will be painted with colorful crayons.

That will be painted up with the black tempera. When the tempera will be dry, it will be scraped with wooden chopsticks. Using grattage technique the streets of Zagreb will be drawn.

Each student will paint his/her own picture of the colorful streets of Zagreb.
